Since September 2008, when Docunexus was founded (and incorporated in New York), Docunexus has been focused on using artificial intelligence technology (specifically, natural language processing and machine learning) to give computers the capacity to analyze and understand documents and to extract meaningful insights from them. Today we are using deep learning technology to not only understand documents but also to assemble documents. We firmly believe that automated content creation and assembly– textual, video, and audio — are the wave of the future, and we are committed to playing a leading role in this revolution.
Shekhar Pradhan is the CEO and Founder of Docunexus. He has a Ph.D. in computer science from the University of Maryland in College Park. He is an expert in natural language processing and machine learning and has been a faculty member at number of universities, most recently at Columbia University in New York.

Kognie is a platform for building AI research assistants that can automatically create content as well as extract insights from documents. Use Kognie to automatically create essays/reports based on your document sets and/or the web. Kognie can also create a Google/Bing type Q&A service on your document sets. Ask your documents a question and Kognie will provide an answer based on your documents and/or the web.
